Expedited service or tracking numbers are at an additional charge and can be discussed at time of purchase.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of my items - Refunds will not be offered or available.

Lost Parcel Policy: Lost parcels with a tracking number and confirmed lost, will be replaced free of charge. All other situations will be discussed on case by case basis.
