Shipping Terms:

I send out items as soon as they are ready to retain freshness.

For underwear and other flat items I send them in a discreet plain envelope or mailer with only the information that you provide me on it to keep it anonymous for the both of us.

For shipping within the USA:

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Items under 13 oz. in weight being shipped in the U.S. get free shipping. An extra $5 will be charged if items are over 13 oz. in weight, and/or if items require larger packaging.

For shipping outside the USA:

I charge a minimum of $15 for shipping depending on the country and parcel size. Please provide your mailing address as it would be written on the parcel to make sure it gets to you in a timely manner. Shipping time varies depending on location.

Expedited shipping available upon request, an extra $5 will be charged to cover the cost.


Refund Policy:

I won't get a tracking number unless requested.

I do not do refunds due to the nature of the product. If the parcel was lost due to the post office I will get in contact with them about finding it. If they cannot find it within 10 business days I can do a replacement of equal value, and just ask for patience if this happens. I do not do money refunds.
