Lost Parcel Policy:
Shipping methods should not take long, but occasionally the postal service makes a mistake!  Please allow up to 7 business days for US Delivery and up to 3 weeks for international.  At that time, if tracking information states the package still has not been delivered, I will send you a replacement with my sincerest apologies for the delay.
