Refund Policy:

All items are special order so can not be returned but satisfaction is my aim so in the unlikely event an issue occurs I will do my up most to resolve it to your satisfaction. Please get in touch as soon as possible if you need to discuss something of concern.  

Lost Parcel Policy:

Email confirmation of posting will be sent as soon as possible once the order has gone into the post box. All orders are sent 1st class (unless requested otherwise) so should arrive promptly, however, in the rare event it has not been delivered after 72 hours please get in touch straight away so we can resolve the issue promptly.
